3 | Unlocking Process Begins
Make sure your internet connection is stable. Open AnyDesk and share your address with our technician. We’ll need this to connect and unlock your device remotely.
5 | Follow Instructions from the admin
During the unlocking process, the technician will provide instructions. Simply follow the steps, and within a few minutes, your phone will be unlocked and ready to use on any network.

STEP 1 | retrieving imei/sn
Dial #06# on the emergency dialer of your locked Samsung and send a picture to an admin. If the dialer doesn’t appear, insert a locked SIM. After dialing, remove the SIM.
STEP 2 | send picture of imei/sn to admin
Send the IMEI/SN picture to an admin. He’ll run a lookup to confirm if your device model is supported.
STEP 3 | Confirm payment
After payment is confirmed and your device is supported, the admin will guide you to restart and connect to WiFi. This will enroll your device into work mode and bypass FRP. Just follow the on-screen steps to complete setup.
STEP 5 | FACTORY RESET YOUR PHONE
After setup is done, go to Settings and do a factory reset. This will return the phone to normal and sign you out of work mode without triggering FRP. After the reset, just follow the on-screen steps to finish.
